HOW DOES THE DESIGN & PRINTING PROCESS WORK, ONCE I PLACE MY ORDER?

 

Once you've purchased your order, a digital PDF mockup will be emailed to you within approx. 5-7 business days. Once this initial file is sent to you, you're then allotted 2 rounds of complimentary digital edits (an additional charge of $10 for each additional edit requested). Once you have signed off on a proof for printing, your items will be placed in line for production & no additional changes can be made.

After printing approval is given, production typically takes approx. 3 weeks, depending on the size of your order + the time of year it's placed (May-Nov. are our busiest months. Please expect 4-5 weeks for production during these busier months).

We currently ship via UPS and USPS. Tracking details will be provided for all orders. However, please note that we have little control over the delivery timeframe, once the package is in transit. If you would prefer upgraded shipping, please let us know & we'd be happy to accommodate your request. Additional s/h fees will apply.

 

WHY DO YOU HAVE SUCH A LENGTHY PRODUCTION TIME?

A: Our production schedule fills up super fast! We are just a small studio & can only work so quickly. All orders are filled in the order they're received, so we can't stress it enough - get that order submitted as early as possible!

 

I'M LOCAL TO THE INDIANAPOLIS AREA. IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE MY ORDER HELD FOR PICKUP?

 

A: Absolutely! When completing the checkout process, please be sure to select "hold for pickup" under the shipping options. We will email you when your items are completed, as well as details on when/where you can pick up your order. (Pickup Location: 10630 E CR 750 N, Brownsburg, 46112))

WE ALREADY HAVE A DESIGN / MONOGRAM WE'D LIKE YOU TO USE. DO YOU ACCEPT ARTWORK FOR PRINTING?

A: Unfortunately, at this time we only print designs created in-house. We do not accept out-of-house artwork files for printing.

I'D LIKE TO GO THE DIY ROUTE. DO YOU SELL YOUR DESIGNS AS PRINTABLES?

A: The only designs we release for printing are listed in our shop's "Printable PDFs" section. All other designs are exclusively printed in-house.

YOUR SHIPPING RATES SEEM A LITTLE HIGH. HOW DO YOUR DETERMINE YOUR S/H RATES?

A: We want to ensure your order arrives in pristine condition & is packaged with the utmost care. Your shipping and handling fees typically include protective wrapping, cardboard supports, and other important upgrades.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds once a purchase is made. The client is solely responsible for proofreading and approving all digital proofs. Client should be mindful of our custom design process & timeline, and is solely responsible for placing their order accordingly, to ensure items arrive before the event (upgraded shipping is available for purchase, upon request). Should a mistake be made on our part (item differs from approved proof), your order will be reprinted & sent via upgraded shipping at no additional charge.

At Interprintations, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. All information that you provide during your visit on this website will solely be used in the designing and production of your custom order. Interprintations also follows a standard procedure of using log files, which documents visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.
