Once you make your purchase, you will receive an email with our required spreadsheet into which you'll input your seating chart details. Once you've completed and returned the required spreadsheet, you will receive your first digital proof within 3 business days. From there, you are allotted up to 2 additional rounds of edits. The final PDF file will be emailed to you with a printing release & recommendations for printing.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds once a purchase is made. The client is solely responsible for proofreading and approving all digital proofs. Client should be mindful of our custom design process & timeline, and is solely responsible for placing their order accordingly, to ensure items arrive before the event (upgraded shipping is available for purchase, upon request).
